Respite Care (Short Term Accommodation)
We provide in home respite care and short-term accommodation to our participants and their caregivers
Depending on the participant, different services and new experiences can be organised and introduced. Our reliable and dedicated staff assist in the provision of excursions, holiday programs and all sorts of indoor/outdoor activities.
Below are the respite care services we provide:
- In-house and centre based respite care from a couple of hours to days and weekends
- Registered nurse support service to support staff
- Provide safely shared spaces
- Development of shared spaces skills
- Implement individual behaviour support plans
- Personal care services
- Daily living support
- Supporting participant’s choices at the centre
- Encourage age-appropriate participation in structured centre based group activities
- Assist Travel Transport
- Post Hospital Care Support
- 24 Hour Support
